How to Play: Attendees can mingle and engage with anyone or any group with a matching color on their phone.

There is no restriction. If your group has access to the internet everyone can access the FREE Instant Icebreakers.
can i use all of the free instant icebreakers in one event at the same time?
Yes, you can. However, to avoid confusion, you might prefer to offer your group access to one FREE Instant Icebreaker. For example, you may restrict your Instant Icebreaker to the QR code for the Detective. That way, your attendees will scan the QR code, receive the Detective badge, read the prompts to help them get started, and start engaging and networking. Everyone will be a detective and they'll have fun.
when would it make sense to use the detective, the scientist, and the archeologist at the same time in the same event?
The larger the group the better your chances of being able to offer all three badges to attendees.
can i assign a certain number of the group to be detectives, another to be scientists, and the third to be archeologists?
Unfortunately, it not possible to do this with the FREE Instant Icebreakers. However, you can accomplish this (and more) by selecting the Custom Supervised Instant Icebreakers.
