Welcome! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mobile game experiences (“Games”) created and managed by SUUSCONNECT, LLC (“SUUSCONNECT”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) on behalf of our clients and their customers (“Client” or “Host”). By accessing or participating in the Games via any device (including scanning a QR code), you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Games.
1. Who May Participate You must be at least 13 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Games. By participating, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Some Games may be designed for adults or may require specific eligibility (e.g., residency, event attendance, or purchases). By playing, you represent that you meet any such requirements presented at the time of access.

- SUUSCONNECT does not offer or administer any prizes, promotions, discounts, coupons, sweepstakes, or incentives to participants.
- Any link, button, or prompt you encounter within the Game experience acts solely as a pass-through to the Client’s own promotional page or destination.
- All information regarding eligibility, value, expiration, availability, terms of use, and redemption of Offers is provided directly by the Client.
- Participants are solely responsible for reviewing the Client’s own terms, conditions, and privacy practices before engaging with any Offer.
- SUUSCONNECT makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, legitimacy, availability, or value (including cash value) of any Offer provided by a Client or Host.

- Not to use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate the experience
- Not to harass, exploit, or misuse other users or Hosts
