How would you feel if you only had to enhance one interpersonal skill instead of countless?
It would be great, right? Most training of professional interpersonal skills cause apathy among teams and individuals because participants misinterpret the intent of enhancing their interpersonal skills.
Some see interpersonal skills as a negative thing, using it to influence people to get them to do what you want them to do. Others feel they already 'get along with people' and training in such skills is a waste of time. Yet a third group wonders why they must conform to a particular way of behaving and communicating when their technical expertise speaks for itself. Organizations, on the other hand, are unsure of their return on investment because results often appear nebulous. Not to mention, real life in the workplace does not follow the neat, sequential, and logical approach of interpersonal skills training in the classroom. How, then, to resolve these issues? Give your team an anchor |
|
An "anchor" can help steady them and prevent them from drifting off course. It can also be a clear and accessible "trigger" to help them recall and correctly apply learned interpersonal skills.
My workshop, "The Art of Professional Representation" is the anchor that organizations, teams, and individuals are looking for to help them elevate performance levels and positively impact operational and financial goals. |

Professional Relationship Skills for Tech-minded Teams and Individuals
'Tech-minded' teams and individuals have an aptitude for technology-related tasks requiring them to interact with software and hardware to deliver results.
Because of their technology skills, they are sometimes called upon to assume roles requiring them to interact with internal and external customers. The introvert mindset required for focusing and engaging with technology is not the extrovert mindset required for interacting with people. Tech-minded individuals in positions with titles such as Lead Tech, Project Manager, Demonstration Rep, Sales Rep, and Account Manager, often fifind they lack the communication skills to efficiently and confidently engage and interact with customers and their peers. Lacking this skill can be disastrous in many ways and, depending on whether the customer is internal or external, can result in consequences of varying degrees. If you are a tech focused organization looking to improve the business relationship skills of your techs in operational or customer-facing teams, get in touch with me to see if my professional approach to coaching techs in professional relationship skills will work for you. |

One last thing about your training investment in my workshops.
|
I guarantee it will continue well beyond the final minute.
|
Because reviewing learned information is the best way to commit knowledge to memory and make it easily retrievable. But who has the time to review the information? My approach to helping participants recall and apply their learning long after a workshop has concluded, helps minimize their struggle to commit to a time and place to conduct a content review. I accomplish this through BoutiQ Interactive, a standalone cloud-interactive approach to participant engagement and content follow-up.

My cloud-interactive engagement approach is designed to help participants improve content recall so they can boost their ability to transfer learned knowledge to the workplace. |
