Picture this: you're an event attendee and you walk into a crowded function room not knowing anybody.

• Other attendees are already in groups and engaged in interesting and fun conversations.
• You notice tent cards placed around the room, each displaying a QR code, with the invitation, "Scan me to join a conversation".
• You scan the QR code. 
• The color green shows up on your screen accompanied by a prompt to join any group discussion you see with green screens on their mobile devices.
• You notice you can flip the color on your screen, from green to orange and, when scanning the room, you see groups identified by their green and orange screens.
• You select green and approach a green group.
• You hold up your green screen and just like that they respond in kind with welcoming smiles and encouragement to join the conversation, because... you're one of them.
• To change groups and enter a new conversation you flip the image to orange and join any orange group conversation.
