It's important to add or strengthen the learning reinforcement portion of your course. 

Doing so helps participants retain and apply the knowledge and skills gained from the course, which enhances their learning experience, and increases the overall value of what they're getting from you.

​Follow these steps to create yours. 

1. Assess existing course materials when you want to enhance the learning reinforcement portion of your course. Carefully go through each lesson, module, or section of your course. Familiarize yourself with the materials and the overall flow of information. This step helps you refresh your understanding of the content and prepares you for the assessment process.
2. Look for reinforcement opportunities. Reinforcement opportunities can be found in key concepts, important takeaways, and practical application points within your course materials. These are the fundamental elements that participants should understand and retain. Everything else is a detail that can be included as a deep dive later.
3. Think about offering additional resources to support reinforcement. For example, you can recommend books, articles and research papers, videos, or online tools that participants can explore for further learning and reinforcement. Books can provide additional insights, practical examples, or in-depth discussions that supplement the knowledge gained from the course. Articles and research papers can offer different perspectives, empirical evidence, or case studies to enrich participants' understanding and provide a broader context for their learning. Videos such as TED talks can help to bolster the content in your course without taking away from it. 
4. Encourage peer interaction by providing a community or discussion platform where participants can connect, share experiences, ask questions, and support each other in applying course concepts. You can use this community to bring people together and network simply by creating activities that include the requirement they reach out and connect with others.
5. Ensure participants have continued access to all reinforcement resources especially after completing the course. This allows them to revisit the materials as needed for reference, and skill development.
